More about the Venue

Yards Brewing Company has been brewing in the City of Brotherly Love since 1994. They've brewed in Manayunk, Roxborough, Kensington and Northern Liberties, always making what they like to drink and sharing the rest with friends, family and neighbors. That tradition lives on at their new brewery and taproom at 500 Spring Garden Street.

SPEAK will be taking place on the 2nd floor (elevators available), overlooking the restaurant and brewery. The event will feature a private, open Beer/Wine bar, as well as delicious food straight from their acclaimed menu. Parking is available right around the corner in their FREE parking lot just off 5th street.

About DMAX Foundation

DMAX Foundation was started to create connections and conversations that matter to strengthen mental health and emotional well-being for young people.

DMAX creates Conversations That Matter® so that no one has to feel alone in their struggles. We are helping friends and family increase understanding and demonstrate compassion for youth suffering from mental or emotional pain.

DMAX Foundation’s main focus is to establish and support student-led mental health DMAX Clubs on college campuses. DMAX Clubs are environments for all students to get together and talk about how they are doing, how their friends are doing, and how they can help each other. The Clubs help reduce the sense of isolation and hopelessness for students going through tough times by fostering the recognition that it is okay for them to share how they are really doing with each and to help each other.
